    Welcome to part 3 on how to read your Export meter.

    Let's move on to Kaifa and Itron meters.
    There are 2 types of each of these meters -

    Kaifa

    • Please note an export register will not show on a kaifa model until it has clocked at least 1 unit of exported energy:


    Method 1
    ๐Ÿ‘‡
    Your meter will automatically switch between 4 different screens - you donโ€™t need to push any buttons. Your export reading is on the screen that shows โ€˜-A valueโ€™ in kWh.

    Method 2 ๐Ÿ‘‡

    1. Press the "Up (right)" button twice (Menu Displayed). The General Display will be showing on the screen.
    2. Press and hold the "up (right)" button (A+ value displayed)
    3. Pressing the "Down (left)" button once will bring up "A- value" on the display which is the total active export in KWH

    Itron

    Method 1 ๐Ÿ‘‡

    1. Press the bottom blue button a few times to go through the menu, until the screen shows 'Total Registers'.
    2. Press the orange button to select 'Total Registers'.
    3. Press the bottom blue button a few times until you see the Exp Act' screen. This will show your export reading in kWh.

    Method 2 ๐Ÿ‘‡

    1. Press the Orange button (Main Menu.Registers displayed).
    2. Press the scroll down button (Main Menu.Registers displayed).
    3. Press the orange button (Import act total displayed).
    4. Pressing the scroll down button will display the "Exp Act Total" in KWH
