My smart meter was uploading data fine (visible in Eon Next app, and bright) until 08 Sep (last billing date) when it stopped. The lights on the unit are still flashing as before:
SW - One flash every 5 seconds
WAN - One flash every 5 seconds
Mesh - No lights
HAN - One flash every 5 seconds
GAS - One flash every 5 seconds
Checked with someone via twitter DM who "sent a reset" and provided guidance for an IHD reset, but nothing seems to have changed. I was away from home for a week either side of 01 Oct, so am concerned EON won't have accurate data to calculate tariff changes (I'm V18 fixed and still showing the old tariff data).
This may need a Comms Hub reboot. Only DCC can do that and it has to be requested by the supplier.

@theunknowntech noted; how can I instigate that? Ive replied to the agent I sopke to on twitter but getting that initial reply took a week, understandable in the current circumstances of course.
