Just had this installed this morning but there is no way I can top it up as my old payment key got took away with old meter, website isn't showing how to pay as it says opposite something went wrong. Fella also never transferred my balance I had on old meter over so now using emergency credit.

Hi @1colin ,

You no longer need a key for your meters. You can use an app or top-up online instead. The app will have a barcode that you can also use in the shop. I'd do so ASAP to get your credit balance back up before you run out.

But is this an acceptable situation for the customer to be in? Did the installer follow all the rules?

They should really be in Credit Mode during commissioning tbh.

the app was down as the barcode bit said oooops .After 40 min I eventually got a guy on phone after office hours who helped me out but said if its no resolved by Mon call the normal number
