The brief look I did see, there are some notes on your account asking for queries to be emailed to a specific team, the team that emailed you setting up the tariff etc, I wonder if replying to them might help?

@Fuisdale did you manage to get this resolved? I appear to be having the same issue with my Ohme Home Pro (albeit with my Skoda Enyaq). Get to step 4 to test the connection and its constantly failing.

Good to know I am not alone with Ohme ISSUE!
I think I’ve just got mine to work - it is currently running the “test charge”
I had to delete my ohme account (to unlink the charger) and also “reset it to factory settings” (turning the breaker off for 10 seconds and back on) - its showing the QR code to register (which isn't great) but it now appears to be working.

We are having the same problem with my wife’s Enyaq. I manage to get the app to perform a test charge but after the five minutes it just show “test charge” at the top of the screen. I then have to shut the app down and re enter. At this point it just says connection error and won’t retry the connection. @Lee_EONNext , I think you have been emailing my wife to support through the process. If this is you, I mailed earlier today with a number of screenshots taken whilst trying to resolve.
