Not sure if anyone can help as I can’t seem to find anything from anywhere and asking Customer Service hasn’t yielded any answers.
Credit to them they are nice folks but honestly not been trained to answer any technical questions.
Stuck on Step 4.
Been going around in circles for a week and pulling my hair out.
I think it’s my Ohme set up as it currently controls my charging as I don’t use the car to control the charge.
How can I get my Ohme to do what this tariff needs it to do!
if it’s not Ohme set up issue what else could it be?

@Fuisdale - I'm not on this smart tariff so no practical experience, but from researching how the competition do it looks like you need to control your charging from the car, (or rather allow EOn to control it via the car).
They connect to the car itself via it's on-board 4g SIM and and control the charge timing that way - you apparently have to remove any schedule you have set on the EVSE as that will interfere with the remote scheduling
Hopefully I'm correct with this, but I'm sure others with more experience will be along 👍
unfortunately, that doesn’t work. Tried all the options and still no further progress.

Have you made sure that any scheduling which may have been set in the car has been cancelled/reset too? (I know you said you didn't schedule via the car, but might be worth a check)
I even turned one on in the car to see it that made a difference but still stuck on step 4.
i posted on the Audi UK forum and it seems I’m not the only one having issues and others on there have complained that they haven’t had any luck with Eon CS either.
@Fuisdale - you're probably actually quite lucky that you can't use the smart feature (you can still continue to use the midnight to 7am) as someone has already been charged at the full daytime rate which should have been billed at cheap rate 😁 https://community.eonnext.com/thread...ll=1#post59273
