I installed the charger a week ago., and cant seem to link my Eon Home app to Eon Drive app. I have reset the password multiple times. Eon service support has been terrible. Has anyone faced this issue before., appreciate any advice/support

@SARANGI I’ve only just got my app and failed to connect my car as it always got struck on stage 4 of 5. Now what happens is it says it’s connected but as soon as you close the app and open it again it says connection failed. I’ve been on to them about it but they don’t seem to have a clue what’s going on. So I’m guessing a lot of us are having some sort of problem. Makes you wonder if they tested it before they put it out.
