When I joined Eon.Next it took several months to sort out my statements. Finally it was done and the statement was updated in September. In October there was no statement available and I had to ask for one. Now it's November and again there's no statement. My smart meter is being read and the readings are online. Should I be able to see a statement monthly or do I have to ring up and ask every time?
I am sorry to hear this has been going on for so long! Sometimes we do need to manually push statements out, but this shouldn't be the case every month and by the sounds of it there is an issue which needs to be looked into further.
I'm glad to see this has been raised with the IT department, hopefully this should be resolved for when your next statement is due to be sent 🙂

It took a couple of "nudges" to get them to get my bills produced on a regular basis : often only gas with no elec. but they seem to have got it sorted now
@RosieMay Statements should be available online a couple of days after a smart read. It may vary when available (ie take longer) if the readings are just before a weekend or bank holiday. Eon Next normally email me when a statement is available. It might be worth checking your communication preferences in your online account. If all fails speak to customer services. I'm sure they will be able to help you.
Do you ever see the transaction amounts for gas/electric itemised in your account within 1 day of your meter reads showing on your account?
As soon as I get my monthly smart meter reads posted I also get the transaction amounts listed at the same time, followed by the itemised bill the following day. At least that is how the process works for me but I am on Monthly Variable Direct Debit. 👍
@Mailman I don't see the transaction amounts until I ring up and ask for the statement to be put online. It's usually a week or two later when I contact Eon.next.
I had a similar problem when I moved over to E.On Next. I was submitting manual readings (no smart meter) and paying the monthly DD, but nothing was showing on my online account. It took a couple of months to sort but @DebF_EONNext fixed it in the end. Hopefully she'll pick up on this thread.
Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
i get my statement by email a day or so after submitting my readings (tradition meter!)
are the statements being produced - so are they viewable in your online account, or are they just not being produced at all?
just seen you post of a few minutes ago - so despite having readings the statements are not being produced. Are the readings visible?

Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
@meldrewreborn they're not being produced at all unless I ask for them to be produced. I can see the October statement because I rang and asked for it to be produced.
