Ive sent numerous emails to Eon to remove an incorrect address from their website but they reply with AI automated responses and have not logged the issue.

Any ideas on how to get this sorted because the address is a mixture of two addresses and this led to someone else setting an account up at my address.

The quote website should match ecoes and royal mail addresses. I suggest anyone wanting to switch to Eon considers that your account could get mixed up with someone elses and trying to get that sorted is a nightmare.
