If they say they are logging your complaint ask for details of the complaint handler and you won't get it. You are given a name. How many people called Nic or Lisa work at Eon. If you escalate to the ceo or email the ceo the same people answer the messages. Keep putting complaints on trust pilot and then they just might listen.
Hey @WebsiteAddresesWrong Sorry to hear that you've had to log a complaint with us. We'll always give you a name of contact and a complaint reference number that is only relevant to your complaint. We'll get to all of our customers who have raised a complaint with and if we don't you have the right to go to the Ombudsman after a certain amount of time and that is a fail and will cost us money so I promise you that once we raise a complaint we work hard to get this resolved. You can put complaints on Trust Pilot of course and our team will look into this for you as we would do on any of our customer service platforms 🙂

Thanks I am not a customer. They do not use real addreses on their website so I have asked for the address removing or correcting so it does not get mixed up with mine again. If it was the only energy company available I would choose to freeze because of how they keep responding to me.
