My current tariff is Next Drive Fixed V3. Rate 1 applies from 07:00 to 00:00, and Rate 2 is from 00:00 to 07:00. However, when I checked my electric meter, I was surprised to find that the meter doesn’t display Rate 2.
Additionally, I don’t have any information about BST (British Summer Time) or BWT (British Winter Time) and changing above time during summer or winter.
I contacted E.ON support and was informed that they calculate usage from raw data. This seems concerning, as it makes it difficult for me to monitor my usage.
Let me know what do you think or any recommendations for what I should do !
