AND also why do you need to keep asking me to close the complaint since you can do nothing to help, surely if a complaint hasnt been resolved it shouldnt be closed. I wonder how many other customers have a non working IHD and or are being asked to close complaints that arent resolved.

I contacted Eonnext saying my IHD wasn't working just showing waiting for current data, I tried unplugging as suggested, i dont understand why it cant be replaced its less than 12 months old and thought it would be easy..... no its a known issue so nothing is happening!!! Why

@jb2530 I just posted this, where someone's IHD had stopped working due to a power cut (there are many people who seem to get IHD connection problems)...

EOn's stock response is the IHD is broken, but in reality I'm sure it's the connection at the comms-hub which needs to be re-initialised and they either don't understand this or know they can't fix it without an engineer visitLast edited by geoffers; 13-06-24 at 06:51.
