Have finally managed to connect car and do a test charge - Eon need better instructions for setting this up, I needed to go to a competitor to get the advice from their online videos.
i set my first charge the schedule came up it all looked good, unfortunately after completing the first part of schedule the app said my car was upland could not complete the rest of the charge.
Please welcome @Cal1 great to meet you, I hope all is well? Is there anything we can do? Any threads you need help with or do you have a specific question?
Have you checked out the EV and Chargers section of the Community?
If we can get some more details on your comment we can look into helping, have you had a recent install or is this relating to something else?

I have just joined the Eon Next Smart Drive v2 test. My charger etc has worked well for the last 3 years. It seems the Eon Connect App has some issues speaking to the car, there was also little info in terms of initial set up. Yes I have posted on the EV section as well.
