Slightly odd question, but is it possible to know the playlist for on-hold music? I was recently on hold regarding the smart metre switch and there were some instrumental tracks I would like to listen to properly.
Specifically this is the playlist that played when the agent I called put me on hold in order to check the appointment booking system. It was not the same playlist as the one that played before I got through to eon.
I did try that but unfortunately between the quality of my phone's speakers and the quality of my laptop's microphone the apps weren't able to identify it.
You should be able to run the sound search app on the phone at the same time as you're making the call, rather than using a separate device
Just done it on mine and it definitely works - music player running on top half of the screen/ sound search identified it in the bottom 😁
@harryjmorris Hey, how are you? I hope all is well?
I will try to find out for you and let you know. Can you pop me a DM, if I can listen to the call I have an app that I might be able to find the tracks faster.
Thanks

Can't you put the phone on speakerphone, then use an app like Shazam, Google Sound Search/ Assistant etc to identify the music?
