We were aware the community forum was down yesterday, but it seems to be working this morning on our end.
How is the community working for you guys? any issues?
Hiya Indyk ... generally OK thanks but then again I'm only a light user. However there are one or two issues, probably more to do with the main website dashboard or my environment (Windows 11 laptop), but these are not showstoppers
(d1) a problem with accessing the Community forum started about 3 weeks ago and is still there. I would normally select Help from the top menu and select Our Community, but every time this happens ...
... so I choose the Help and Support option instead and scroll down to the bottom where there's a link which works. I generally use the Google Chrome browser and initially found there was no issue in Microsoft Edge but after a couple of days it had the same issue.
(d2) I have had a similar problem to (d1) when selecting Switch Tariff from the dashboard and it started at the same time, but since four or five days ago it has been working, initially I could force the opening of a new window by Ctrl left-click, which worked.
(d3) for two or three days about a week ago I had errors when logging in to the main website dashboard, but this went away after about an hour each time ... there was a thread about this by another member.
(d4) During the last two to three weeks occasionally the list of the latest comments
seems to be missing several consecutive hours within the last 24, like this morning. I don't know that this is actually a real issue or just my impression.
