My smart meter display (Chameleon IHD3 PPMID) has not been updated to a tariff change from 6 weeks ago. It displays the previous tariff and daily standing charge for Gas & Elec, which elapsed on 23/10/2022.

i had the same problem, i contacted them by using email to hi@eonnext.com and was updated within 48hrs.
give name address and account number and you are good to go.
Hey @Baldrick if your tariff changed about 6 weeks ago, the simpler way to get it updated is to get in touch with our customer service and they can update it through our back office. Here's all the different ways of getting in touch with us.
Be aware that they might take a little longer to reply due to the demand but I am sure they will support you as soon as they can. In the mean time if you have any questions or any feedback, please feel free to get in touch and use this platform. This is what we are here for 😀
