Is this a glitch as its the first of the month or should i be worried ? Its a shame it doesnt have a more detailed usage breakdown either. Ive set my data sends to half hourly in the settings but it still doesnt show much detail. what does everyone else use ?

so my smart meter usage in the ios app has been fine until today 01/12/22. It shows the error that we have data missing. Novembers was fine and recorded well

Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.

The Eon Next App takes a few days to get some data at the start of every month. Give it until the 5th or so.I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit. -

To get more detailed info you could download the Hildebrand Bright app which will give you the half-hourly data. It lags by about 6 hours but gives data back to a year or more. It’s free to install and I rate it highly. Worth a go. -
@BenLeitch How did you get on with the app data?
I think what @meldrewreborn was trying to say, was that a lot of people take their own meter readings and input it on their own documents/spreadsheets etc without relying on apps/IHD's. There are some great suggestions from @theunknowntech in the sticky thread too. 😊 -
Still no data for December. It’s odd and must be specific to the eon app. My other apps that obviously use the same data from the DCC update all the time. I could compile my own spreadsheet but in the year 2022 it should be easier to automate this stuff. Eon really need to improve the app, a company this size with their budget should have a better app than this. Poor effort from eon here.

I think it’s because they provide Lowest Day, Average Day and Highest Day usage for the month so need about 5 days worth of readings before anything shows. At least three days anyway so may show on the 4th.
