Ever since our tariffs changed from a fixed deal in April 2022 our smart meters have not sent any readings up to then they were working fine, also the Duel ii IHD is still showing the tariff to be the fixed deal we were on so any energy use is out of date. Have reported the problem to customer services numerous times but after assurances the problem will be sorted out still not working. Hoping someone here can help.
All I can suggest is to post photos of your meters, comms hub and IHD here together with exactly what the lights on the comms hub are doing (HAN/WAN etc.) and if they are flashing then at what rate? I will tag @theunknowntech who will hopefully be along to offer advice.
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
You seem to have a dead WAN right now. There's not much I can recommend until your meters migrate to DCC.

SMETS1 Meters were on supplier specific Networks. To make them function in a similar way to SMETS2 meters, there is a programme to enrol all the first generation meters onto the DCC, which makes the meters visible to any authorised supplier. This process is due for completion this year. The DCC are doing the work which is carried out remotely but gaining access to where a particular meter is in the schedule is impossible. So it’s a waiting game.
Current Eon Next and EDF customer, ex Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
