Trying to find an answer to this confusing question.
I'm moving house within a week and have filled the form online to move house. Got confirmation about my move out date, however can't see any information regarding my move in date at the new property.
Had a slight info to contact via email/phone if I would like to stay with E.ON Next.
Doesn't the whole "Move house" service means to move energy supplier from old house to the new house? Or this is only a move out confirmation and I should set - up new account for a new house?
It supposedly does, but I've had loads of messages from people telling me it didn't process the moving in part properly.

Should I expect a confirmation about keeping supplier or this normally doesn't happen? If the new house use different supplier then would they switch automatically or this will have to be done by me then..
I can't say from my own experience. I'm actually supplied by OVO and all my friends are as well, so we can't test that tool. All I know is that it is supposed to tell you what's going to happen next.
