Hi all, I have over £700 in credit but when I log into the app to request a partial refund it tells me I am not eligible.
Eon wants to reduce my monthly payments instead(paying just over £70 a month now).
I do like some credit over the summer months so I don't worry about the winter bills.
How do I get the credit back please?.

If you have issues requesting the credit back after reading the thread, just pop us an email or contact us via WhatsApp and we will arrange the refund for you.

Hi guys, me again with an update.
Requested a £400 refund on the 3rd of June and was contacted via email within an hour to say it had been received . Today, the 4th of June, it has been approved and should be in my account by the 9th.
Easy to do (no photos- on a Smart Meter) and quite a swift response.

Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and think the smart meter programme is a waste of our money. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
Hi, all except the photo bit and I was not asked to submit any before my refund was approved. Not sure if this is down to having a Smart Meter doing all the readings for me 😃
