Smart meter AIHD worked 4 days now keeps saying awaiting data. Have pulled plug out sometimes re starts or not. Hate it. When I tin ring next they say specialist team for AIHD never get back to me.
Can you use your own wi fi with these plates does it help keeping it connected

Supposed to be a dedicated team for help for AIHD can't get any contact with anyone load of rubbish not worth having if you can see it it won't connect

Just spoke to a very grumpy unhelpful man who won't even refer my problem to a specialist team to help me. So I'm really hoping you can help me Poppy. It's not fair I never wanted a smart meter but agreed if we could use one if these screens to help monitor it were pensioners and it helped but now it won't work. Hate trying to view on app and no usage there since Wednesday anyway
