Smart Drive application

    I applied on 27/3 for the smart drive tariff. I have a Smart SMETS2 meter that has half hourly readings. Eon seems to be no hurry to help me with my application. Chased on 1/4 and again on 23/4, and have had replies which are not making sense. Edf sorted out a drive tariff for my Mum on the same day as she applied. Surely Eon should be able to do the same. Can anyone please help with advice on what I can do. I have tried ringing customer services and am told you can only contact eon about smart drive tariff applications via their email, which are not seeming to get me anywhere .

    I am sorry to hear of the delay with switching your tariff.
    The energy specialist correctly advised that the Next Drive Smart tariff, unlike the standard Next Drive tariff, is exclusively managed by a specialist team via email.
