Hi, I have a gas account with Eon Next at my main residence and have an on-line account. I recently purchased a second property and once renovation work is done on this property I intend to move in and sell my current main residence. I have taken over the electricity account at this second property which is with Eon Next. Does anyone know of a way to add this second account at a different address to my on-line account so that I can access both accounts on-line please? I know that Scottish Power have this facility because a friend has 4 separate accounts from different addresses under one on-line account with them. Thank you.

Hi @Catlady

Yes it can be done as I've had it myself with an LPA but I suspect that you may need to contact Customer Services in order to add the second account. I might be wrong but I don't think that you can just add the additional account yourself.
