Can anyone kindly advise why not all messages from EON staff are not sent with copies on my account?
Is it another company-to do with GDPR?
I have no idea(and I am not in debt so not debt collectors!)
Should have read t and c!
Can see that by using this community individuals can investigate or look at my account.
The response has been for a message to appear in my inbox saying raise a complaint-no answer to my question

Only Eon staff can look, and that is only if your email for the community matches that used on the Eon Next account. The rest of us can see diddly squat. Hope that reassures you.

This is a community forum so generally anything that you post will be public unless you send someone a direct message then this will only be visible between you and the person you have messaged, however if you send a direct message to the community team or any other E.ON Next staff and we have to access your account then we may add these messages to your account notes in case it needs to be referred to at a later date.
