    Can you believe the winter months are already behind us and we are approaching Spring time ๐ŸŒท

    We have a celebration... ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽˆHappy 5th birthday E.ON Next ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽˆ

    On 23rd March 2020 Eon Next was born! It's been an incredible journey. We have grown from the new kid on the block starting from the ground up and now we have well over 6 million customers!

    We've seen migration of npower customers, supported as supplier of last resort, migration of E.ON customers, seen customers through the energy crisis & EBSS, supported multiple charities from Mind to the Woodland Trust, been involved in some fantastic initiatives and been at the heart of innovation and making new energy work!

    That's not all we've won lots of awards over the years too - something we're super proud of is recently being nominated for the Collections and Vulnerability awards 2024 - Best Vulnerable Customer Support Initiative category for our Winter Support Scheme last year....and we are pleased to announce that EON Next won the award ๐Ÿ† Read all about it here E.ON Next wins "Best Vulnerable Support Initiative" award

    Of course we can't go by without mentioning this amazing community that you've all helped shape. It's given us a safe space to get queries resolved and express our opinions from 'what we think about smart meters'to 'what's the next best tariff'.

    With over 18K community members we're going from strength to strength! Some of our members have been with us from the very start and have seen the transition with their own eyes - its not been an easy road and there have been a few bumps but with you our amazing members; we've been able to shape our customer journey, make things easier and more transparent for our customers - we've had some fab feedback and you really do help make change within the rest of the business!

    @JoeSoap shared their step-by-step guide on how to request a refund! this has a massive 160741 views!

    We had @Andy65 blog which is still going strong and talked about often.

    We've had a bit of a smart journey ๐Ÿค“ - @theunknowntech dedicated their time into supporting with everything smart related, their guides not only helped our community but across all of our customer service platforms too. We had @meldrewreborn unexpected journey into the world of smart! This is the most unbiased review of smart installation you will ever read! Yes I've had smart meters installed.

    You all helped shape our bereavement process - because of feedback like this we were able to bridge that gap get our experts from across other parts of the business into the community - gathering your thoughts and opinions to make the customer journey smoother.

    We've had a big focus on vulnerable customers - making sure we let you know about all the support available and seeing what we can do to improve this.
