    What happened to the above forms of communication ?

    All that we are left with is a never answered email or phone calls. or whatsapp if you have it

    I presume this is a tactic so customers cannot contact you or when they try they give waiting.

    The reason we wanted to contact you is that you want to fiddle with our DD without asking permission first. Very similar when you broke into somebodies house recently.

    Last time I tried email it took weeks for you to answer !!!!!

    They were stopped some time ago, personally I found Twitter to be a bit erratic in terms of the time to respond and the accuracy of the reply. Telephone is always best in my opinion because these days, written communications rarely get read properly and you have to reply again reiterating what you said in the first place.
    Call wait times can be short, it's just about picking the right time to call.

    Removing social media as a way of contact hasn't changed my opinion of e.onnext, I rarely use it myself and when I did use it to contact them, it was far more trouble than just calling. I never really understood why they offered it in the first place to be honest.
