Honestly its just one thing after another.
Where has all my data gone.

Given that the mobile app is the only source of data Eon use. Why would it all disappear?
Honestly its just one thing after another.

The meters contain around 13 months worth of ½ hourly data readings stored in memory.
This is what the various apps (EOn; Bright etc) download and display, so since your meter is new it won't hold the historical readings: hence your apparent missing data.
I can only suggest if you want to retain your historical readings in the future: to get the Bright app then download your data readings in CSV format from glowmarkt.comLast edited by geoffers; 1 Day Ago at 19:10.

@geoffers This is the data from new meter from for mid dec onwards and from jan it was all there yesterday....today all gone.
Eon won't entertain any data from hugo loop etc as proof of use, that data is only useful for shouting at the clouds -
@BruceM
The data is still there. It hasn't gone anywhere. More likely the so-called IT wallahs are just faffing about with the app, or rather the interface that sends data to the app. Eon don't get their data from ANY app. The apps are just populated with meter data pulled by the DCC. Be sure the billing people will have that data, or will get the accurate data once they've realised they've broken something and ultimately (fingers crossed🤞) get round to fixing it.Last edited by retrotecchie; 1 Day Ago at 22:45.
Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons. -
Reason for no data was....
The metering team have now updated your meter to show a two rate meter instead of a one rate, the reason you could not see your data is due to the electric meter being de-activated on the account.
I would've thought a brand new meter fitted would've been multi rate at time of fitting. Nothing surprises me now though
