The Winter Support Scheme 2024 is now closing.

Hello everyone!

We have contacted customers who are eligible for the Winter Support Scheme and it has been advised that customers have until 12 pm on Friday 20th December 2024 to contact us to discuss the scheme and available support further.

If you are an eligible customer and contact is made after 12 pm on Friday 20th December 2024, unfortunately you would no longer be eligible to take part in the scheme.

If you have received contact in regards to the winter support scheme, please get in touch as soon as possible before the closing time/date!

We have seen that the scheme has been a great success, with over 20k customers receiving financial support this winter! 🙌

So it looks like even though I’m on the priority register , on low income . I’m not qualifying because instead of getting my gas and electric in debt because I’m on a prepayment meter and have £1000 credit card debt paying for fuel etc . I don’t qualify ?! But unfair that you are only helping people who didn’t pay their gas and electric bills and penalising customers who has paid ?

this scheme benefitted only about 1% of customers. So welcome to the 99% club of those who are financing those 1% who are benefiting! It only adds to the sense of unfairness, but that’s life!
