Check out our thread Let's get winter ready - Prepayment!to find out more on how to check the potential reasons for going off supply for both Gas and Electricity and what to do if you find yourself off supply!
Do you have any concerns around topping up your prepayment meter? have you thought about switching to a smart meter?

But every time Eon next look to adjust the DD, by default the computer uses the EAC figure and then its up to the customer to challenge it. AAC based DD's are not the starting point.

We hope you have enjoyed this content. Slight change of theme here from me, as we have highlighted some support options above. I wanted to talk about Solar, and drop a little renewable's nugget for those who might find it relevant.
Check out this thread from @Poppy_EONNext - Solar Panels where we advise on the benefits of solar, export payments and all things Photo Voltaic. Trying to bring a bit of π to these cold months
What are the benefits?
Itβs green: There are no pollutants produced while solar panels operate, you are using clean energy to power your home or business, reducing your carbon footprint.
Save on cash: Any electricity you produce is totally free of charge and you can use it to power anything within your home or business. This will of course lower your energy bills and help save in the long term. You will also be able to get paid for any energy you export through our Smart Export Guarantee scheme.
Its renewable: Solar PV panels can generate electricity year-round.
Low maintenance: Solar panels don't have any moving parts. This means that maintenance requirements and the chance of mechanical failure is low. This said, they may need regular cleaning and the occasional inspection.
Increases Home value: Installing solar energy can boost your property's value π
If you're thinking about a renewable energy source and have some questions please tag us and we will get back to you asap
Thanks Guys
I'm sure we will speak before Christmas however enjoy the rest of the year, it's been a pleasure as always.
