Main Meter date/time wrong after power cut

    Hi

Unfortunately we regularly experience power cuts here in North Yorkshire. We had a power cut on the 19th just after 6pm.

Since then, no data is being uploaded to my account however the in home display is still working. I checked the main meter, it appears to be working but the data and time are wrong (it’s gone back to the year 2000).

I have read on these forums that it should receive a time signal automatically, however it’s been 3 days and still no data is being uploaded.

I’m gutted because it has taken a year to get a new meter, and after 2 months of it working perfectly, it’s been messed up by a power cut!

Is there anything I can do to fix it?

    thanks

    Callum

How close are you to RAF Fylingdales? If you are within 30 miles then it's possible you have a communications hub on a non-standard frequency.

It's a case of patience. It will hopefully resync in due course, but the Fylingdales hubs do take a while for some reason.
Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
