Can I ask who installed the Ohme? Was it us or another installer?
Is step 4 connecting to the Manufactures app? We're not a customer service platform however we will try and help the best we can.
At risk of you not getting a reply from one of us today, I would check with who installed the device and then the manufacturer of the device/EV your trying to connect to make sure its compatible etc
If we installed the Ohme I would give the team who booked the install a call asap to discuss as that would be a different part of the Eon Group who carry out these installs. We call them our solutions team.

Ohme was installed not by Eon but definitely works as I was on Intelligent Octopus Go before I came to you.
Step 1 - 3 connect to Audi app and next drive app.
step 4 is once the app I assume is doing the test charge.
I assume step 4 is conflicting with my Ohme settings. I assume I need to set up Ohme a certain way to work with the beta testing which I can’t find out
@Fuisdale Can you pop me your account details via DM please... I will look at the account as soon as possible, I can't promise it will be today as we're short staffed but I will do my absolute best for you. I would also recommend starting a new thread around your issue to see if any of our members have had similar issues etc. Feel free to tag me in the thread.
