I'm on emergency now, I have £40 on the key but it will not go the meter.
The meter is has error code 2, and is flashing what's left , the key doesn't work in some shops and it takes several attempts to get the on the meter
Morning @mikesco I'm afraid you are going to have to contact Customer Services. The code indicates a key problem or insufficient credit on the key . Ways to contact Customer Services can be found at the bottom of this web page in the purple section.

How did you get on with this? Were you able to pick up a new key?
