Hey, I'm having trouble with the app. When I login it says that I've been logged out and just need to log back in. This happens every single time, therefore I can't log in. I can't reset my password as I don't receive the email to do so and I can't login online either due to the page not loading no matter how long I wait. I have contacted eon next via email to ask for help resolving these issues. I just want to know if any one else has experienced this? It's driving me crazy and I don't know what else to do.

I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.

So, if I read it right you cannot access your online account by any means. If this means you don’t get statements and can’t submit meter readings then if customer service are not helping, having given them reasonable time to do so, then perhaps you should raise a complaint by emailing unhappy@eonnext.com. Explain everything so far and see what they do for you then. They will have eight weeks to come up with something to your satisfaction or you can escalate to the ombudsman.Last edited by JoeSoap; 12-02-24 at 17:23. Reason: Added a bit.

I'm really sorry to hear that you're stuck in a nightmare-loop of trying to log into your online account, this can happen from time-to-time and usually needs fixing from your account so that we can send you a password reset link to get you logged back in when this error occurs.
