Up until now the energy shift scheme seems to have worked as it should for me. For the first seven of the eight events I have taken part in this time around I have predicted with some success how much I saved in both kWh and as a percentage of my average use. I accepted an invitation to an event on 17 January from 5.30 - 6.30pm, was confirmed as taking part and received a reminder shortly before the event started. All good so far.
It was one of my best efforts with a predicted reduction of 81% against a 20% target and at £3/kWh I was anticipating an award of around £3.29. At the end of each event I normally get an email telling me they are doing the calculations... but not this time. That made me think that something was awry. I normally get my results within about three days and only once (in November I think) had to wait five days. It is now six days on and I have heard nothing since the reminder to switch things off. I think something has gone wrong.
Did anyone else take part on 17 January, particularly with Eon Next, and if so have you heard anything since? Any confirmation they were crunching the numbers or any notification of your results?
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.

No news from my participant (via the Utrack app) either - still says calculating.....😄
What is strange though is that data for that event window , I had within 24h via Bright plus similar data (for the 10 previous non-event days) used for the baseline calculation.
TBH though I've kind of written this winter off in its entirety (for DFS) so if I get anything at all out of it, it will be a bonus.
