We're aware of an issue effecting most people from seeing their Gas usage on the E.ON Next app for January
Hey everyone!We're aware that currently there's an issue on the app showing the gas usage, predominantly for January as all of the days show as "No Data"
If you're experiencing this currently, please take a screenshot of this and post this below ๐
We're not 100% sure of what's causing this at the moment. Our tech team are investigating and we love examples to go on, so if you're experiencing this problem, please let us know ๐
EDIT: To add in @geoffers brilliant suggestion, please could you also where possible, let us know the following?
- Version number of the app you're using (you can find this in the iOS or Play store)
- The device you're using (eg. iPhone 15, Google/Samsung phone, iPad or another type of tablet)
- The firmware version your device is currently running on.
