I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
@PeterT_EONNext My Usage tab has NEVER worked, since I was a customer of yours in November 2021! Why is this? and yes… before the question gets asked, I am using the latest IOS with the latest version of the app from the app store! I have attached a photo of what I have seen since November 2021 below.
I have complained about this multiple times, all I get is an “account reset” or uninstall the app and reinstall blah… this does not help. It’s clearly a problem on the back end of your system!
My account is also set up for half hourly reads too.
