Well I left the IHD switched off for about 7 hours while we went to the theatre, go back, switched it on and when it finished populating the last 9 days of data......
No change!! Still one day out on all Gas data 🙄
Oh well ☹️ you've tried. It might be worth contacting Customer Services to see if they have any solutions.
....no gas data for the first two weeks of January....Exactly the same for me.
I was about to say "same for me too" since this was the case last time I looked at the EOn app. However....😁
When I just came to look, the app advised that there was an update due:
Hooray 👏👍 - the app now shows hourly gas/elec kWh bar charts, with data complete up to yesterday's date. (Very similar to Bright's bar graph display)
When you touch an individual bar it displays the cost for that hour (unfortunately only shows the cost for gas at the moment - it says electricity cost not yet available, but this is possibly due to the fact that I'm on a dual rate ToU electricity tariff, so maybe they're still working on the doing the calculations for this)
@geoffers @JoeSoap Just updated. On Android. No difference but in my case it doesn't surprise me. 🌞
That's weird - you would have thought that Google PlayStore would have the same version available for everyone - I wonder if it's version specific: I'm on Android v13, so maybe some earlier versions don't support some of the functionality
