I sent a manual reading in, but would like this to be fixed!
No meter readings happening, even after rejoined the HAN

What are the next steps? The website shows that "they're working on it", but this hasn't been sending readings since June. I hadn't noticed and they never notified me.

The forum is a great place for advice but is mainly customer to customer. Always best to start with official contact in your instance and see what response you get.
That email address is for customer service and will give you something on record should you need to refer to it.
Please keep us informed as to how you get on.I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit. -
I also checked smartmetercheck.citizensadvice.org.uk and it's saying that it's working and reporting.

The first step is to contact customer service to inform them of the issue and what you have done so far, ie. Smart meter Check. Contact details are in the purple section at the bottom of this page. If you are able to read your meter(s) and submit manual readings then it will be unlikely to be dealt with as a priority... but asking might get the ball rolling. -
@JoeSoap I saw that as an answer elsewhere, ironically, if you go to that "contact us", it says to come here. However, I've just sent an email to hi@eonnext.com, I guess that's what you mean by customer services?

Hi, SMETS2 and it's failing to send electricity readings to EON, but the IHD and gas meter readings are fine.

if the gas meter readings are getting through it demonstrates that correctly configured all is OK. I suspect that the electricity data is getting to the DCC but not being picked up by Eon Next. If that is correct then the solution lies with Eon Next alone. Incidentally are both your tariffs correct on the IHD ? I ask because these flow from Eon Next to you meter, then onto the IHD.Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless. -
Other than the fact they're rounded down to the whole penny (so my 6.99p gas comes out as 6p), looks like the numbers are correct in the IHD.
Got a reply from Customer services that the fault has been recorded via the "smart report form" and I should submit readings until I hear otherwise.
Not great huh?
