I had to give this question a lot of thought. Having given up the rat race of work quite a while ago unwinding is something of a rarity. My passion is our garden or should I say gardens. With our own, my wife and I look after 3 others that belong to our offspring. Gardening can be thought as a chore but the truth is it's one of the best ways to escape reality. It's the ultimate way to "unwind" . There is always something to interest us or to do 365/366 days of the year. Planting replanting, observing the changing fauna and flora, implementing new ideas, routine maintenance etc etc. Bliss. Day end is good food, comfy chair, feet up, and seeing what the comrades have been up to. 😂 😉

We've actually got a greenhouse now to grow our own vegetables and it's so surprising how therapeutic it can be.
