You wrote to me Around the middle of July saying you were going to increase my direct debit by around £45. I rang to say (as I was in credit) to keep it where it was - Eon agreed!
At the beginning of August you ignored this and took the new increased amount regardless...which is very annoying.
At the beginning of September I notice you haven't taken a direct debit at all. Which is even more annoying.

Just a heads up it's just our phone lines that close at 5 and at weekends but we're available 24/7 via our social media platforms or if you prefer you can send us an email. You can request a call back in you prefer just let us know a few times that are good for you and we'll try and find a time that is good to get in touch 😊
