I am trying to cancel my tariff with EON as I no longer live at the property in question, as I have moved elsewhere and I am using a different supplier.
The online system and the app are not allowing me to register this move or to end the tariff. I do not seem to be able to get through on the phone either.
I have sent multiple emails, with tenancy agreements attached, but with no response.
I would advise you do need to speak to customer service to action the move out, try not to worry they will get back to you and they can backdate the move out. You wont be charged for anything after the date of the end of tenancy.
You can click the link on my signature if that helps?
@JoeSoap Appreciate the responses 😀

If you can’t do this through the online route then customer service is your only real option. Replies to emails can take time so I would persevere on the phone until I got put through to an advisor.
I’m not sure if any of the Nexties like @LeeDQ_EONNext can advise on this but he may be able to check out why the online route linked below is not working for you.
Thanks for your attempt to help, I would like to hear from the Next people, the reason the online is not working for me is because my account has already been charged, so it won't allow me to change house, let alone the tariff or to get off of it.
I’m afraid the forum staff are not a short cut to customer service but can assist in the process in some cases. I have tagged Lee so maybe he can assist in some way.
