@JoeSoap Still no update? Do you want me to double check anything? We send a tariff update and then ask for the device to be reset, I know you've probably sorted this, however just wanted to check.

Thanks for the offer. Just reset IHD for umpteenth time and no joy. I’m reluctant to continue asking for an update as the last time I insisted on a proper update a few weeks back my account was messed about with and I was charged £150 exit fees and my DD increased by about £50.
I’ll let sleeping dogs lie but thanks for offering to help 👍
@JoeSoap I raised a complaint via WhatsApp when I changed my tariff on Friday 23rd Junetoday my ihd has updated to include the direct debit discount at midnight. I threatened the ombudsman as well
@JoeSoap Ok I can't hold on any more. I've gave you loads of clues today. 😂😂 I committed to a tariff update, yesterday. Call me foolhardy, particularly after your problems. I can't tell you how or why, but I now have an IHD and all apps with the correct tariffs and information. No injury to my account, DD, or credit. They do say that lightening doesn't strike twice in the same place 🤔. To me it looks like things are heading in the right direction. 👴

@JoeSoap Well... you know where I am if you need anything. Ive had a chat with a few people today and when we do the update, we need to be making sure the tariff codes match otherwise it wont work. They did also mention to me that some people are still waiting for the firmware updates so i'm hopeful all of this will be resolved soon. We are still doing some research into what's happened as soon as we have an update, I will let you know.
