To be honest, I'll settle for what I've got at the moment. It's been the non-DD instead of the DD rates since April, and I last requested a tariff change update 10 days ago, as the post 1st July tariff had originally only updated the gas but not the electricity, and after no response for 3 days, asked again and was told 'it's a know issue and will be resolved as soon as possible' however the following day the electricity had updated to the post July 1st rates, albeit still for non-DD instead of DD 🙄

I would be wary of recommending requesting tariff updates at present at least until the 'known issue' of non-DD rates being applied to DD account IHDs that is being 'looked into by the tech team' is resolved. Read this thread for my horror story.

Ahh - sorry as I've chosen not to go for the fixed tariff, I didn't realise the regional pricing isn't available for them publicly.
