I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
Well, it’s only taken 4 months but I am pleased to report that my tariff has been successfully updated. Thanks to , Lily in the CEO’s complaints office who has the tenacity to get things done and @LeeDQ_EONNext for his unwavering support.
the good news is it’s only 7 months until we do this all again!!!

@LeeDQ_EONNext yes. Complaint closed. Lee, would it be possible to obtain a technical description of what was broken and how they fixed it. We have each made so many hypotheses that it would be good to know , for everyone involved and the wider forum, what it was?

If reads taken today then using my historical knowledge you won't see anything until tomorrow. Again historically don't think it showed in the account until the evening around 10pm ish. But that was my old steam powered equipment. 😉
I was expecting it to be tomorrow but @Mailman seems confident that his readings and debit transactions show on his account in the late afternoon of the day the readings are taken.
If nothing by Monday it will be another email to customer service I suppose ☹️
