Ahhh. At least it wasn't emojis.... and that's not an invitation to start. I've had a hard day... as usual (cue violins😂)
Just checked my gas usage for August compared with last year. Not much different as expected. Saying that this August was 8% less than last year. I wouldn't be so cruel to use emojis.......would I. 👴

That post looks pretty random on this thread so I guess it’s (partially) in reply to my post on another thread…
hi Joe, I too am days away from a meter engineer visit on 19 September. My guess is I will learn nothing as they will just swap the meter. Also I’ll have no idea if it’s working as, has been expressed many times, it takes days to update ‘something’ to make it work. I too have all the ticks and the citizen advice app tells me my meter is working. I can see though that no usage has been registered since 7 July.
I have no faith that this will be fixed any time soon.

Your situation is remarkably similar to mine. In addition to wrong tariff rates your meters lost comms just after 7 July. A few people have posted here of losing comms on that date.
Personally, I don’t think the meters are faulty but I’m happy to be proved wrong. @LeeDQ_EONNext still thinks it’s a good idea to keep the engineer visit so I’m sticking with it as there seems to be no other ideas right now.
Please keep us informed here of how the engineer visit goes and what happens thereafter.
@JoeSoap We definitely need to keep your appointment. The team tries to fix this remotely and if this isn't possible then a visit is needed. We need to get the communications restored at the very least. The tariff update, the guys are still working on that side of things, however to me without communications how would we fix that remotely? 🤔 Just my internal thoughts there 🤣
@Ian413 Let us know how your visit goes.
