Beats me. Part of me thinks my meters and IHD are ok and that the issues all stem from my account being tampered with. A smaller part of me thinks that these things just happen and maybe some of the problem is my end, some their end and some in the middle.

If you look at it there are so many variables that have to sing from the same hymn sheet and in harmony. At the moment there is discord. 🎶

Sorry about cage rattling. 🤪 Think positive, we are helping create the future. Guinea pigs? 😉 Indentfy the problems, solve them, refine the system and eventually it might work (or not). 😂

The issue is still the same as before, the communications are definitely lost. I can't poll a read from either meter.
Maybe they have the same issues as us? Do either of you know how they get the data? Direct from the DCC?
I would always go by our system.

His post prompted me to log in to my account where I got the three ticks, including the all-important smart meter one, telling me all was ok (where his didn't). Then I checked CA again and all ok there. I'm not sure how these two systems manage to see that my meters are working when they're not. Anyway, I'm back in my cage now 👍

It's no trouble at all, you know this 😀 and it doesn't hurt to check.
When I started reading the post I was hoping it was fixed magically 😂 I would question how often the 2 updates etc, before this thread I wouldn't have even thought to look there to be honest.
Every day is a school day. I would just speak to the engineer now, maybe you do need a new IHD too but lets see what happens after the visit. We can discuss that. I've had nothing back from IT either, I will be in touch when I do.
