I had hoped that the success I finally had would mean you were getting closer to being sorted, so I can understand your frustration seeing others have their problems resolved, but no luck with yours. Here's fingers crossed that it will be resolved sooner rather than later.
I had actually been informed by @LeeDQ_EONNext that he had sent both your account and mine to IT at the same time in an attempt to get our similar issues resolved. It worked for yours but not for mine. There must be a clue there 🔎. I feel that if my complaint was being investigated in any way at all, the energy specialist who tried something different in my account could help the boffins determine what's at fault, although it will all be a distant memory now. I have all the emails if they need any assistance from my end.
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.

This isn't an attempt to hassle you (I know you've got a few days off) but it might help to know that I finally managed to locate the (incorrect) Standing Charge as currently showing on my electricity meter, just in case any further evidence is required...
Here too is the incorrect tariff rate still showing...
I still don't want to use up the gas meter battery by searching for the tariff rates on there but I would imagine they too will match the incorrect rates on the IHD.
@JoeSoap I will keep on it, I'm hoping I have a reply tomorrow from 'my source'
Thank you for the correct tariff info, I will forward on if needed, and you're not hassling me at all. I really want to get this fixed for you, not just you for everyone.
