Hello can anyone please help me.My screen on my prepayment meter has gone completely blank. The power is still on at the moment.I topped my meter up the day before it went off.Ive emailed eon but no answer as off yet.I don't have acess to a phone only my old ipad so contact is hard by phone. Can anyone please advice me thankyou very much.
Thanks for flagging @JoeSoap 😊
@Kmb23 are you still on supply at the moment? If you are still on supply then get in touch with our energy specialists they will be able to arrange an engineer to get this fixed for you. Your meter is essentially running as a credit meter in what we call vend mode this means that you shouldn't go off supply.
If you are off supply again get in touch with our energy specialists and they will be able to arrange an emergency engineer to get you back on supply 😊
Phoning would be the quickest way to get a reply to this problem but as that is not possible you will probably be in a queue of emails waiting to be picked up. Perhaps @DebF_EONNext can offer some advice of the best way to proceed with this one.
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
Hello @Kmb23 Anasa here 👋 @JoeSoap is correct phoning will be quicker but if you got in touch with us on your Ipad via Whatsapp and let us know it's an emergency this will be picked up straight away as priority. I hope you get everything sorted. We're here if you need any further assistance 😊

I would always recommend social media @JoeSoap WhatsApp it usually gets the quickest response, however we know that's not for everyone so your other options would be email or a call 😊

@Kmb23 I am really sorry to hear, I am wondering if you have a laptop or tablet , you can connect to Whatsapp web and speak to the customer service that way ? The team on social media is actually quicker in responding at times, especially when the phones are jammed.
