Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons.
How interesting and very random! I wonder why it's flipping pictures left, right and off center 🙃 Can I ask what devices everyone is using when it's flipping your piccys everywhere. I'm wondering if it's just mobile / tablet related or if it's happening on PC too 🤔

I use an iPhone 2020SE and I don't think it's a PC issue, only mobile devices. The screenshot I posted where the forum page is off-centre to the left and unusually small is nothing to do with posting photos. It's something I see occasionally on my phone and it's completely random. It can be a specific page one time and another page another time. The image in the screenshot is exactly what I see on my phone. When I went to the same page later in the day it was fine.
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.

I think it's more likely to be phone/jpeg related.
The jpeg image is taken and stored as either a (fixed) portrait or landscape shot.
However, when you view it on the phone you can change the orientation that you view it, but this doesn't change the orientation it's stored as.
So possibly you think you've got a portrait image because that's how you're viewing, it but it's still saved as a landscape image (which the phone is displaying as portrait).
If you use a decent photo editor like Photoshop, you can rotate and save the photo, to change the actual orientation the image is stored as.
Many thanks for the tip on the snip app -it works well, its just I'd rather a simple copy and paste worked on the forum. that's life though - isn't it?
I tried to add an image from my mobile yesterday and couldn’t. I had to use the PC. Just tried here again and still can’t. I wonder if there is an intermittent glitch.
If anyone else wants to try then please do. Just to make sure it’s just not my end.
Testing…this is max 🐈⬛
@JoeSoap as you can see I can add a picture as an attachment but I can't add it direct to the thread like you can on a computer 🤔
