since i live old flat they have 2 read meter
one fore day time rate, one for night time rate (12 to 7am)
then i moving new home here
find meter is just one read meter where night time
i email they staffs about meter after 12 cheap
first they say called 2 tariff then confuse
say phone up
hey i am deaf cannot phone
then i ask friend who hearing phone fore me
they say email its called economy 7
what play about
i email and waiting waiting waiting
they say pay fixing fee Β£157
why ?
then okay i pay for it
never reply
waiting waiting waiting
still ignore email
why deaf waiting
i feel no happy with eon service
i quit virgin media they delay and poor service i use that cable for 30+ years sad
now here ignore near same virgin media
so once more month if ignore or whatever then will quit and moving somewhere else
