April FiT Reading Window

    Hi guys, I hope everyone is well 😌.

    As we are approaching the April FiT reading window, we thought we'd just explain how to get those readings through to us. It's super important that you follow these steps to ensure that everything goes through smoothly and quickly 😎!

    • We will need a clear photograph of your generation meter, this should show your meter serial number and the read. This needs to be taken on the 31st March 2023!
    • Once you take this photo please send it across to any of our Energy Specialists (you can see how to do this HERE) and they will add this to the account for you. If you are popping us an email be sure to title the email 'March 31st FiT reading') - our email is hi@eonnext.com & you can find us across Facebook, Twitter or WhatsApp.
    • Once added you'll be prompted to give our E.ON Next FiT team a call on: 0808 501 5218 and they will finalise things and send you confirmation 😊.
